A motivated CRM Executive is needed to support key CRM initiatives within and INCREDIBLE brand in the diamond industry.
This position focuses on developing and executing email and SMS marketing communications to enhance customer retention and loyalty with a digital-first approach.
The Executive will assist in planning campaigns using Klaviyo, create engaging content with marketing teams, and manage international strategy for localised communications. They'll monitor campaign performance, ensure GDPR compliance, and help design loyalty programmes.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in CRM or digital marketing, preferably in luxury retail. Proficiency in CRM platforms is a must.
