Product Marketing Executive – B2B SaaS – London or Edinburgh (Hybrid/Remote)
Propel is currently partnered with an innovative B2B SaaS company that is transforming the hospitality industry with its market-leading suite of applications. They are seeking a Product Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven marketer looking to step into a more strategic role, working closely with an experienced Head of Product Marketing to drive product launches, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. The role will be central to shaping how products are positioned, communicated, and adopted globally.
The Role:
* Support the execution of product marketing initiatives, including product releases, customer campaigns, and sales enablement.
* Take ownership of the company’s first public product release programme—developing the framework, coordinating communications, and ensuring strong market impact.
* Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine messaging and translate complex product details into compelling, user-friendly content.
* Manage marketing collateral across multiple channels, from website updates to ad campaigns and sales pitches.
* Work closely with customer success and product teams to ensure customers are informed and engaged with new product developments.
* Support sales training with insights on customer pain points, product benefits, and competitor differentiation.
What They’re Looking For:
* 2-3 years of experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
* Experience supporting product releases and customer marketing campaigns.
* Strong copywriting and messaging skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
* A proactive, collaborative, and strategic mindset, with strong project management skills.
* Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably within start-ups.
* Bonus: Experience in the hospitality tech sector or fluency in Spanish/French.
Location & Flexibility:
This role is based in London or Edinburgh, offering a hybrid set up for Edingburgh or remote setup for London, with occasional travel as required.
