Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, snacks, and beverages. Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP guidelines). Store and handle food properly to prevent contamination. Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation. Ensure all kitchen areas, surfaces, and floors are cleaned regularly. Dispose of waste and maintain stock of kitchen supplies. Follow dietary requirements and meal plans tailored to residents' needs.
