This is a fantastic opportunity for a Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor of 2-5 years PQE to join a tier 1 team in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

The role
The firm is seeking to hire a mid-level Contentious Trusts and Probate Lawyer to join their St Albans office.
The private wealth department is ranked top tier in the legal 500 and chambers, they are renowned for dealing with some of the best quality work nationally and internationally. The work that you will deal with is for HNW individuals.
It will be a broad caseload that will include; Multi-jurisdictional estates including domicile disputes, Challenges with the validity or construction of wills, Acting for trustees and beneficiaries concerning breach of trust claims, applications for directions or removal, Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, Property beneficial ownership / TLATA disputes, Professional negligence claims relating to wills, trusts or tax advice.
Requirements
1. You will have at least 2+ years PQE in contentious trusts and probate
