Job summary Receptionist - Band 2 Brooklands Hospital - Brian Oliver Centre. This is an on site full time position. Hours to be covered 8-5 (to provide cover when required) 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday We are looking to recruit to an administrative support role largely based at Brian Oliver Centre with the occasional support on in-patient wards located at Brooklands Hospital for the Learning Disabilities and Autism Directorate. Brooklands is a purpose built hospital, consisting of seven specialist separate units, providing inpatient assessment and treatments services to adults and children who are living with a learning disability. It is a Centre of Excellence and hosts a several different services as detailed below. Main duties of the job The post-holder will be required to work within an integrated and skill mixed team, providing an effective and efficient admin support to clinical staff across the site. You will be required to learn different admin functions in order to provide input to the clinical and admin teams. Due to the nature of the role you must be able to multi-task under pressure and work autonomously and flexibly to meet the needs of the service. This will be an interesting and varied role and we are, therefore, looking for individuals with a positive approach to change and who are supportive of service improvements.
