We are seeking a Business Assistant to look after our wonderful Reception; greeting and supporting our Academy community and to also undertake tasks to support the business team as a whole. The existing members of the business team will offer plenty of support and guidance as well as a good sense of humour and great teamwork.
It is essential that the person undertaking this role is organised, proactive, and able to work flexibly. This role requires someone who is calm under pressure and has a ‘can do’, positive approach to work within what can be a very busy and pressured environment. Previous experience of working in a school office is desirable but not essential.

Hours of Work
17.5 hours permanent with an additional 7 hours on offer on a temporary basis and can be discussed at interview. This is a term time position.
Working Days
Our current requirements are Wednesday and Thursday (afternoon) but we are flexible on the other days/hours. As an employer committed to flexible working, we are open to negotiating working hours.
