Job Description
* Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems.
* Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer experience.
* Work with the marketing team to utilize CRM for marketing strategies.
* Ensure the CRM systems are up-to-date and accurate at all times.
* Monitor CRM trends and suggest improvements.
* Train team members on CRM usage and best practices.
* Report on CRM system usage and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the CRM system is functioning optimally.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Senior CRM Officer' should have:
* Proven experience in a CRM role, preferably in the educational sector.
* Expertise in CRM systems and customer segmentation.
