Main Duties & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day production on the shop floor, ensuring targets are met and parts are available in a timely manner Maintain the highest quality standards for all products Attend and organise daily and weekly production meetings Oversee and manage the manufacturing team, including labor distribution, work instructions, attendance, and disciplinary issues Promote a safe and compliant workplace by adhering to health and safety regulations Ensure production follows lean manufacturing principles and best practices Carry out additional reasonable duties as required Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures About You Minimum GCSE-level qualification or equivalent Significant production experience in a high-pressure manufacturing environment Proven experience in supervisory or people management roles Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques (advantageous) Proficient in Oracle/ERP systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under strict deadlines and adapt to changing priorities A strong team player with the ability to work independently Why Join Us?
