Salary: Grade 5, SCP 6-9 - (£21,658 to £22,712 per annum actual salary)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week (would consider 37 hours), term-time only

About The SEND Team
Our SEND Team offer support to students across all subjects, from ages 11 to 18. The team is managed by our SENDCo and Assistant SENDCo, who offer years of experience in schools and SEND provision. They are supported by a Senior Key Worker and a team of 11 Teaching Assistants. Each TA has a different skill set, which complements the individual requirements of our students meaning that we are able to provide a number of approaches including ELSA support and access to our sensory room.

Requirements

* Have good GCSE (or equivalent) results including Maths and English.
* Have experience of working to support children’s learning in a relevant environment or educational setting.
* Understand the principles of child development and learning processes.
