An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the DN College’s Business Systems and Information department. This role involves the development, implementation, and support of the group’s BSI Systems.
As a Business Systems Officer, you will be responsible for managing our business systems effectively, ensuring they run efficiently and meet the needs of our teams. You will collaborate closely with various departments to optimise processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain business systems, ensuring seamless user experiences and data integrity.
* Collaborate with departments to optimise processes and troubleshoot issues.
* Implement solutions to enhance productivity and workflows.
* Conduct configuration, technical support, audits, and data imports/exports.
* Create and update documentation, ensuring security and compliance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in systems administration, including configuration and troubleshooting.
* Strong technical support skills and experience with data integrity checks.
* Ability to create and update documentation.
* Willingness to travel between North Lindsey College and Doncaster College campuses as required.
Location:
This is an on-site position primarily based at Doncaster College, with travel to North Lindsey College as needed.
