HR Adviser Full time, Permanent, Term time only plus 1 week Required as soon as possible We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic HR professional with relevant experience to support the delivery of a comprehensive HR service to the trust. The successful candidate will report to the Senior HR Advisor and will ideally have experience of working in a generalist HR role in an education environment. You will be responsible for providing a human resources function within a hub of schools/services. Children are at the heart of everything we do, this is what drives and shapes the work we do. Key responsibilities The HR team compromises of two hubs, with a Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisors delivering a HR service within each hub. You will work within a Hub, providing high quality and timely HR advice and support. To ensure that best HR practice is implemented across the hub. To ensure compliance with Trust policies and practices. Focus on core areas of People, Systems, Date through Compliance, Delivery and Enablement. Salary : £32,076 - £39,186 Full time equivalent. Actual salary is £28,804 - £35,189 per annum.
