You will be working in conjunction and collaboratively with the Kier MEP Team, MEP Provider, Design Team and Site Team to ensure the MEP construction is carried out accurately; that quality is maintained; records are kept; abortive or defective work is avoided, and that satisfactory progress is achieved. As a Graduate Building Services Engineer, you will be part of a successful team responsible for the tendering, pre-construction, design, construction, and commissioning of MEP building services systems where you have the platform to gain a structured insight and understanding of the business functions will allow you to develop and support the business as well a guide your future career path selection. Your day to day will include: Working within the provisions set out in the Kier Health and Safety Management and Quality Management Systems and ensure its implementation Be involved in the design, delivery, and quality control of the main aspects of the new facility including utility installation, MMC, co-ordination and construction. Working with other team members and functions in the design development, planning, quality, safety and commercial aspects of MEP Project Management for a Tier 1 Contractor so will need to work in a collaborative and focussed manner. We're looking for people due to graduate in 2025, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in in building services engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. The role of Building Services Engineer is great for you if: Degree in building services engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Confidence to communicate at all levels of the business. Responsible and reliable individual with a background in Mechanical and / or Electrical Systems to assist the team in the development of the Kier solution. Good all-round technical knowledge of different building services systems Enthusiastic about learning from others and developing a career in the construction industry. Hold a full UK driving licence. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check may be required as part of the recruitment process.
