Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Leader to oversee large-scale projects, managing teams and ensuring seamless execution across scope, design, implementation, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with site teams and external stakeholders to align on project requirements and delivery goals.
* Manage commercial and financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and supply chain activities.
* Foster a strong safety culture, adhering to Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated success managing complex, large-scale projects in manufacturing, production, or construction.
* Expertise in project management tools and processes, including planning, financial management, and risk analysis.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills at all levels.
* Qualifications in Engineering or Construction, with proven experience developing and mentoring teams.
