Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join the dynamic team. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pupils to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting teachers in the delivery of personalized learning plans
2. Supporting pupils with their educational and emotional needs
3. Implementing strategies to manage challenging behaviors
4. Encouraging social interaction and communication skills development
5. Providing one-on-one or small group support as required
