THE ROLE
Finance Team Administrator – Aberdeen
This role is within the internal finance team based in the Aberdeen office. The finance team administrator will be responsible for all day-to-day banking matters.
Key responsibilities
* Administration for all bank users and accounts
* Liaising with the bank to deal with queries
* Monitor daily cash balances and cash transfers as appropriate
* Opening and closing bank accounts
* Transitioning acquisitions across to the group banking platform
* Client bank account reconciliations
* Assist with rolling cash forecast analysis
* Mandate management
* Credit card management
Experience and skill set required for the role
* Proactive self-starter with ability to problem solve
* Organising and prioritising work
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High level of IT literacy, including strong Excel skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail
