Job summary Fir Ward and Beech ward have an exciting opportunity to join their well established, compassionate and creative teams as a Staff Nurse. We are seeking individuals who are driven, compassionate, empathetic and innovative. Both wards are 17 bedded female acute inpatient wards offering therapeutic and meaningful engagement, care and treatment to a diverse range of woman with varied mental health needs. As a Staff Nurse, you will proactively engage with the wider MDT, formulate care plans, adequately risk assess, engaged in named nurse sessions and support with leading a team with compassion and commitment.
