Customer Service Engineer (Data Centre)
£32,000 salary, 4 days on / 4 days off, Woking location.
The Customer Service Technician (CST) carries out Service Requests, including remote hands services, cross-/disconnects, and customer implementations.
* Takes on special projects/assignments as directed by the Customer Service Manager or Senior Site Manager.
* Participates in the 24x7 Call Out team.
Vocational or Bachelor-level qualification in a technical field (qualified electricians are a distinct advantage).
* Construction Skills Certification Scheme certification or similar.
* 3-5 years of relevant experience as a technician in Telco, IT, or DC background.
* Experience with networks, ITIL, and/or ServiceNow is preferred.
* Demonstrable knowledge of data installations and termination.
