Edgbaston, Birmingham Salary up to £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience The role will involve: Implementing a continuous training program for existing employees in line with identified training needs and legislation updates Providing regular training to all staff on the in-house legal case management system Assisting with induction training and playing a key role in the employee onboarding experience Collaborating with senior management, supervisors, and HR to identify training needs Conducting regular one-on-one coaching sessions with trainees Attending departmental meetings to gain insights into business and user requirements Developing, designing, and updating training materials Creating and designing training content for the Learning Management System (LMS) Tracking and maintaining attendance records for training sessions Reporting to management on additional training needs for individuals or teams Suitable candidates will have: Proficiency in IT and experience of using legal case management systems Strong technical skills The ability to present information clearly and concisely Excellent communication, influencing, and partnering abilities The ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels Strong organisational and time management skills A natural ability to motivate and encourage others The ability to customise training programs to suit different levels of trainees The ability to learn new systems and processes This is a full-time permanent job which is fully office-based, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
