On behalf of our client, ITS Building People (Southampton) are searching for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a young, ambitious housing developer who specialise in traditional build and timber frame housing and extensions.

The Role
As a Contracts Manager, you’ll oversee 5-6 projects at various stages of development, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll play a key role in coordinating teams, maintaining client relationships, and upholding our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple housing projects simultaneously.
* Oversee planning, programming, and resourcing to meet project goals.
* Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
* Drive quality assurance and customer satisfaction across all projects.
* Contribute to company growth through operational efficiencies and strategic planning.

* Proven experience in contracts/project management within the traditional build housing sector.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
* Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
