* Providing tailored learning strategies to suit their individual needs

* Supporting learners in building strong educational foundations
* Creating a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment
Responsibilities:
* Designing lesson plans for each of your sessions
* Monitoring attendance, sessions & lesson engagement through our digital platform
* Communicating with TP Tutors & Parents/Carers effectively
* Making Safeguarding a priority
* Flexibility to offer remote and in-person tuition
What we are looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent
* Experience with primary or secondary-aged children
* Enthusiasm, engagement, and resilience
* Understanding & Experience within Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Have experience in 1:1 tuition
* Are skilled at managing challenging behaviours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
