Location: Poyle, Berkshire.Travelling to various work sites across UK, Ireland, Europe and international when required.

Airside Requirements:
To work airside at airports, you will need to meet the following criteria:
Five continuous years of satisfactory references for an airside pass.
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
Clear criminal records check (dated within the last 10 weeks, cost covered by the employer)
As this role requires the candidate to be Airside at Airports, we are required to complete the checks listed below:
5-year continuous satisfactory references (Requirement to obtain a full airside pass) gaps in work history may require the company to conduct checks on candidate's tax history paid in order to verify history. Gaps in history of 28 days or more will mean an additional reference will be required from a non-family member to verify as a referee.
Evidence of eligibility to work in the UK.

Your Mission:
As a Commissioning/Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that passenger boarding bridges and related equipment are installed safely and functionally at various airport sites. Your expertise will contribute to a seamless experience for travellers, making every day at work exciting!
Key Responsibilities:
Test and deliver functional systems in alignment with project scope on-site.
Follow our client's commissioning processes diligently.
Train customers in operating and maintaining products.
Ensure successful handovers to clients.
Travel nationally (including Ireland) and internationally as needed.
Provide expert advice on operational improvements and procedures.
Create and implement effective test procedures.
Investigate issues, diagnosing and repairing faults promptly.
Collaborate with clients and installation/project engineers.
Supervise engineering and technical staff.
Gather and analyse performance and safety data.
Write comprehensive reports and documentation.
Provide ongoing technical support.
Your Profile:
Education & Experience:
- Experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in PLC controls and HMI, with PLC software experience being a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge, ideally within the airport sector.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

Working Hours:
Standard hours are from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with some night work required based on workload and project needs (20:00 to 05:00, Sunday to Thursday, with additional supplements for night shifts).Benefits:
