The purpose of this role is to provide the business in creating, delivering, and executing compelling product propositions for the Stark UK own Brand Labels. What you'll be doing:? Brand ownership of the Stark UK own brand labels ensuring adherence to group brand guidelines and aligned product category allocation. Championing the own brand labels within the business ensuring strong internal understanding of the own brand propositions and target categories Working along both the Group and UK marketing teams to deliver product marketing campaigns and ensure effective execution in branches and online. Signing off all own brand point of sale, POS, and online assets ensuring legal, brand, and ESD compliance. Working alongside the Stark ranging team in creating compelling branch displays and guidance supporting effective branch execution. Supporting the UK category teams in the effective launch and management of the own brand proposition within their category ranges. Analysing own brand product performance by category and recommending marketing / promotional solutions to further enhance performance. Conduct market analysis to understand own brand performance across UK key competitors and feed into UK team to support further development of Stark UK own brand development. What you'll need to have:? Experience in a category or product marketing role within a retailer or merchant business Experience working alongside buying / category teams to execute compelling product and brand propositions across a multi site and online business Evidence of effective management of branded product propositions. Ability to build and foster strong cross functional relationships. Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability analyse and interpret data IT literate with strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities A full driving licence This is a hybrid position, with a requirement to regular visits Head Office in Binley up to 3 days per week and also visiting sites around the UK. While the Brand Manager will be given the autonomy to decide on the travel requirements on a week-by-week basis, this role will require flexibility in accordance with the demands of the business.
