Property Paralegal - 12 month FTC A well-regarded West End Law firm are seeking to hire a Paralegal for their Property team on a 12-month contract basis. The scope of this role will be to provide paralegal/administrative support to the Knowledge Lawyers in the Property Department. This will be a full-time hybrid opportunity. Previous experience in a Paralegal or Legal Assistant position within a Property team is desirable. Responsibilities: Drafting content for monthly legal updates. Attending webinars, making notes, and presenting issues. Assisting in article preparation and research. Conducting legal research and presenting information. Producing summaries of industry articles. Assisting in marketing brochure preparation. Supporting seminars and preparing presentations. Giving presentations on recent cases or topical issues. Managing seminars and Knowledge meetings. Assisting with Searchflow and Land Registry meetings. Attending weekly and monthly Knowledge meetings. Assisting with precedent database maintenance. Designing and maintaining intranet pages. Providing administrative support for tech projects. Assisting with Conveyancing Quality Scheme re-accreditation. Providing paralegal support on team and firmwide projects. Providing wider support to the Property Department as needed. Person Specification: Previous Experience as a Paralegal within a property department of a practice firm. Proactive team player with a flexible, 'can-do' approach. Confident in working independently to meet deadlines. Meticulous, well-organized, and adaptable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Confident in using software and tech. Education and Qualifications: Previous experience in a Paralegal or Legal Assistant position with a property focus is helpful. Strong academic background. Law degree or equivalent qualification preferred. Special Aspects: Normal hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm, but flexibility is required. Hybrid opportunity with 40% office presence required.
