Working closely with marketing, internal sales, and Business Development teams, you’ll drive pipeline growth and play a key role in Oracle’s AI and Cloud Technology expansion. What You’ll Be Doing (and Why It’s Exciting) Lead & Motivate a High-Performing Team – Manage a group of SDRs who hit and exceed demand generation targets through inbound leads and outbound campaigns. Deliver Qualified Leads – Ensure your team identifies, nurtures, and hands off well-qualified sales opportunities to drive revenue growth. Achieve & Exceed Targets – Own and drive key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and team quota attainment. Optimize Sales Strategy – Analyze performance data, refine prospecting tactics, and ensure the team is laser-focused on generating high-value opportunities. Align with Sales & Marketing Teams – Work closely with Sales Managers and Marketing leaders to ensure SDR efforts align with business goals. What We’re Looking For ✔ Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams (inside sales, business development, or telebusiness environments). ✔ A strong focus on targets and KPIs – You know how to drive success and deliver high-quality leads to the sales team. ✔ Passion for coaching and talent development – Your team’s success is your success ✔ A deep understanding of sales operations and pipeline management – You know how to optimize lead generation for maximum impact. ✔ Strong communication and collaboration skills – You can influence and align with key stakeholders across sales and marketing. ✔ 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development management (Cloud Technology experience is a big plus). ✔ Fluency in English (bonus points for a second language).
