* Identify and set portfolio opportunities, ensuring seamless execution.
* Develop and implement upstream innovation strategies.
* Partner with divisional brand teams to bring innovation to life.
* Drive innovation initiatives across the portfolio, from concept to execution.
Play a key role in optimising our new transformation brand:
* Optimise the pilot programme to drive short term trading success
* Support function teams in defining next steps and applying key learnings
* Translate insights into actionable strategies for future innovation
What you’ll bring…
* Experience in Innovation, ideally front-end Innovation
* Experience in Innovation Processes. Ideally experience in developing/optimising innovation processes within an organisation
* Experience in Brand Strategy
* People management skills - engages and effectively leads a high performing team and has a style of operation that delivers excellent results through people.
* Excellent influencing skills coupled with the ability to impact across a variety of stakeholders.
* An excellent understanding of insight and data to identify opportunities for innovation, create consumer led innovation and commercially measure its success
