Job title: Stock & Replenishment Administrator Job Location: Ware About the role - Receiving deliveries – using ERIKS computer systems to log deliveries received. Ensure the correct items were received with the expected standard of quality Allocate goods to correct shelf or correct person dependent on order type. Stock checking - counting stock as appropriate following a yearly, monthly or weekly plan. Accurately enter data using customer’s computer system. Check for accuracy in shelf to sheet correlation. Analyse results and correct any discrepancies. Expediting orders – ensuring our suppliers stick to their quoted delivery dates. Communication with suppliers by phone or email to keep our records up to date. Effective ordering of stock items via our in-house system Responding to client enquiries and requests Being initial and key point of contact for the customer Establishing relationships with suppliers and customers Negotiating prices and delivery schedules with suppliers Supporting the Customer Operations Manager in sourcing activities Experience/ skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Positive 'can-do' attitude Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Administrative Skills - Confident and able to work with Microsoft packages such as outlook and excel Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but not essentia l Hours of work – Mon - Fri: 8.00am - 16.30pm Weekly Hours: 40 Breaks: 30 mins About you - You’re driven by the thought of delivering customer service excellence onsite with some of the most recognised names in industry.
