What youll do: This role will report to the People and Culture Director. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop strategic recruitment campaigns using diverse and effective channels to attract the best talent from both inside and outside our sector. Create an EVP to attract outstanding candidates and ensure a hiring experience that reflects our culture and values Use data, market intelligence, and recruitment insights to stay competitive, anticipate industry trends, and develop new initiatives. Drive cost-effective recruitment strategies within budget while maintaining quality, impact and delivering KPIs. Develop and deliver the recruitment strategy through your team, hiring manager and people partners to develop talent pipelines, ensuring we attract a diverse range of candidates. Ensure compliance with UK labour laws and best practices, upskilling hiring managers as needed. Ensure end to end hiring processes align the our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) strategy. Manage, coach, and develop a team of Talent & Attraction Advisors, ensuring a first-class experience for candidates and hiring managers. What were looking for: Proven experience of leading a successful internal talent attraction and recruitment team. A track record of delivering innovative hiring strategies that attract the best talent. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Experience managing an ATS CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable. Knowledge of MSP (Managed Service Provider) and PSL (Preferred Supplier List) models is preferred but not essential. Why join us?
