The Role
As the D365 Programme Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 programme. Working closely with senior stakeholders across technology and the business, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a multi-phase rollout across various D365 modules, delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone with experience managing complex Dynamics 365 programmes within fast-paced, agile environments.

Key Responsibilities
* Own the full lifecycle delivery of the D365 programme (CE and/or F&O)
* Define programme governance, delivery plans, risk management, and reporting structures
* Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and systems integrators
* Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and business leads
* Oversee all project workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals
* Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
* Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
* Drive change management and user adoption initiatives
* Provide regular updates to the executive team

Requirements
* Proven track record of delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O or both) programmes
* 5+ years' experience in programme/project management roles
* Strong background in digital transformation within retail, eCommerce, or B2C environments
* Experience managing third-party vendors and SIs
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
* Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with distributed teams
* Microsoft certifications (PMP, Prince2, or D365 certifications) - desirable
