Our client, a high-end and internationally recognised furniture designer known for their timeless and contemporary designs, is seeking an organised and collaborative Production Coordinator to join their growing London team.
Within this office-based role, you will support the supply chain and production functions for the company’s lighting and furniture collection. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, have a ‘roll your sleeves up’ mentality, and be able to manage production processes with precision and focus in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage orders, ensuring specifications meet technical requirements
* Oversee order fulfilment, logistics, and customs documentation for seamless client delivery
* Coordinate supply chain operations, maintaining cost efficiency and agreed lead times
* Monitor and optimise product costs to ensure competitive pricing
* Source and recommend suppliers based on quality, cost, and scalability
* Ensure sustainability in the supply chain and maintain strong supplier relationships
* Uphold quality standards, documenting and sharing findings with the sales team
* Verify compliance with local regulations and client expectations
* Optimise production by negotiating larger batch orders while maintaining quality
* Improve customer experience by developing support materials like care packs and data sheets
Key Skills/Requirements:
* Previous experience in furniture and lighting supply chain management
* Strong negotiation, supplier management, and logistics coordination skills
* Understanding of international trade, exports, and compliance
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD files for production
* Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
* Strong relationship-building skills with clients, suppliers, and teams
