NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
This is a permanent, part-time post of 33.75 hours per week, with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday.
Please note the salary is Pro Rata for part time hours.

Working within the Children and Families Health Visiting team, you will be expected to contribute to working with colleagues both from health and partner organisations to support families. You will be expected to provide the highest quality, needs led, evidence based care within a designated caseload.

Minimum requirements
* Registered Health Visitor/Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse
* Evidence of continuing professional development
* IT skills - word processing/email/internet
* Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Problem-solving skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Car driver
