This role offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience, working closely with the Facilities Manager, and contribute to the smooth operation of our growing site in the heart of Birmingham.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSupport the Facilities Manager in delivering client KPIs as per agreements.\nAssist in implementing 'Instinct' operational initiatives to enhance customer experience.\nEnsure smooth transition of day to day running into management and readiness for sale.\nBe the principal point of contact for customers, providing informed advice and guidance.\nAssist in setting and controlling budgets, quarterly variance reporting, and reconciliation.\nProcure supplies and services in accordance with the client's procurement program, monitoring contractor performance.\nSupport with health, safety, and environmental activities.\nManage plant and equipment.\nImplement minor works and prepare site regulations.\nMaintain, test, and implement disaster planning procedures, organising fire evacuation and bomb drills.\nEstablish and maintain proper site records.\nDevelop and maintain occupier handbooks.\nMonitor vacant/void properties in line with the client's insurance policy.\nConduct site visits as per the program issued by the Facilities Manager. \n\nThe successful candidate will have;\n\nExcellent Customer Service skills\nGood solid knowledge of Health & Safety\nPrior Facilities Co-Ordination experience\nComputer confident\nTakes own initiative and shows assertiveness\nResourceful and independent\nAbility to think outside the box\nHardworking, motivated, and energetic \n\nDesirable Skills:\n\nIOSH certificate \n\nIf the above sounds of interest and you'd like to be considered, please simply apply directly to the advert with your most up to date CV to highlight your key experiences and best demonstrate for your relevant skills!\n\nAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
