Responsibilities:
* Develop the correct behaviours and culture within area of responsibility according to the GXO Logistics values and commitments.
* Promote the quality and value of the overall HR function both within and outside of GXO.
* Manage the clerical recruitment process with appropriate third-party suppliers, controlling all terms and conditions for recruiters and performing audits where appropriate.
* Ensure all new starters are administered on the system, and that P files are created to the best class standard.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Excellent knowledge of HR Policy, Practice, Employee Relations and Change Management. Relevant qualifications and further learning in these areas.
* Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and prioritise workload effectively.
* Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
