HR Business Partner - Standalone Role | Multi-Site Business | Career Progression Opportunity Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and people-focused HR profesionnal or Junior HR Business Partner to step into their first standalone HR management role. Joining a multi-site business with a strong focus on culture, you will play a key role in shaping and embedding a positive and engaged working environment. This is a hands-on, visible HR role where you will build strong relationships across the business, champion employee engagement, and drive cultural initiatives. What You'll Be Doing: Partnering with leaders to enhance company culture and employee experience Implementing HR initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and retention Advising on all aspects of HR, including ER, talent development, and change management Providing guidance and support across multiple sites, ensuring consistency in approach Developing and delivering training to upskill managers and employees Ensuring HR policies and procedures align with business goals and best practices What We're Looking For: Experience in an HR role at Advisor or Business Partner level A passion for culture, engagement, and employee experience Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels The confidence to work autonomously and drive initiatives forward Multi-site experience or the ability to travel between locations CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable What's in It for You?
