About The Role Manage the product and change lifecycle governance process to ensure that activities align with business goals. Ensure that IT products and change initiatives deliver measurable value to the business. Ensure that IT initiatives are executed successfully, on time, and within scope and budget. Define a clear roadmap of change across the portfolio, engage stakeholders for alignment on planned changes, and continuously refine the roadmap based on feedback, risks, and evolving priorities. Prioritise IT developments whilst optimising resource allocation, balancing short-term improvements with long-term strategic initiatives. About You You will have proven success of managing a portfolio of products. You will have strong leadership skills to guide product managers and project leads to ensure activities deliver maximum value to the business. You will have the ability to present portfolio insights and create engaging content. You will have experience and an understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies for change delivery oversight You will have the ability to work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities in the portfolio and align on priorities.
