Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, fostering their learning and development.
2. Assist the class teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting materials to accommodate various learning styles.
3. Create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, promoting confidence and independence among students.
4. Collaborate with fellow staff members, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student's progress.
Qualifications:
1. Experience working with children with SEN is preferred, but not essential. Passion and willingness to learn are valued!
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting diverse learning needs.
4. Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable).
