Operations Manager - Social Housing\n\nLeeds\n\nUp to £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus.\n\nTS Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor based in West Yorkshire who are now seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager / Operations Manager. You will have experience in managing a Team of Staff including Managers and Social Housing planned maintenance projects.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nLead and support a team of Contract Managers and Site Managers.\nReview and implement safety plans and systems of work.\nAssist in the mobilisation and setup of projects.\nCollaborate with the Lead QS on branch financials and project performance.\nManage departmental aspects such as labour, workload, training, and health & safety.\nOversee complex contract requirements to support Contracts Managers.\nDevelop work programmes with Contracts Managers.\nCreate a master resource programme within the branch.\nImplement weekly labour plans across contracts.\nCoordinate with the Community Engagement Team.\nRequirements:\n\nExperience in social housing\nProven leadership experience managing teams of Contracts Managers and Site Managers\nTrack record of successfully delivering large projects\nApplications\n\nIf you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more, please apply online today attaching a copy of your current CV.\n\nDue to the vast amount of applications that we receive, it is not possible for us to contact all applicants; therefore, only suitable candidates will be contacted.
