Sitting in our Digital Marketing team, and reporting into our Senior Digital marketing manager, this role’s purpose is supporting the Global Search Marketing manager in the day-to-day operations of paid search campaigns. Search is our largest combined channel and there is a huge amount of potential for growth in this area. We are looking for someone to join our team during this exciting time as we are in the process of transitioning to being a fully in-house digital marketing team. You will be involved in paid search campaigns from ideation to execution, in collaboration with the wider marketing team, ensuring that campaigns are running optimally and on schedule. Your acute numerical acumen will serve as a potent tool for optimising campaigns and amplifying our brand’s digital presence. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the role and support in driving the growth and performance of the digital marketing team. You’ll have a keen eye for numbers while being able to interpret reports into clear executable actions, as well as the ability to sniff out opportunities to further expand our DTC proposition. You will be: Implementing best practice optimisation processes to ensure maximum campaign performance potential is reached for both budget and KPI deliverables. Supporting reporting on account performance, actioning any changes and sharing strategy ideas. Completing daily performance checks to ensure campaigns are running effectively and within budget. Creating captivating and enticing copy that fits within brand guidelines. Analysing data and working closely with the Paid Social executive to share assets and work towards multi-platform growth. Working with our data analyst to collect and analyse data and identify trends & insights to improve performance efficiency. Involved in the testing & development roadmap and actively testing new strategies in multiple regions to identify growth opportunities and to drive improved performance and efficiency on campaign level. Supporting in the development of any new strategies to drive growth and performance of accounts. Supporting with routine account maintenance and optimisation through campaign, keyword, and ad copy analysis. Maintaining a proactive approach to ad copy and landing page testing to improve conversion rate. You will have: Experience in Google ads. Youtube, Discovery, Smart Shopping and PMAX experience is preferable. Experience on campaign strategy, creation and implementation. Experience on day-to-day management and optimisations of campaigns, monitoring spend and making adjustments to campaigns. Understanding of audience targeting and how to use it effectively. Strong analytical skills with ability to draw insights, interpret data and make data-driven decisions. A proactive self-starter, adept at defining and executing plans. Driven by data and a keen commercial focus, you excel in navigating initiatives towards successful outcomes.
