Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* At least 4 years of interaction/product design experience with consumer-facing products on mobile or user-facing products in emerging technology spaces such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.
* Experience designing across multiple platforms, collaborating with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
* Proficiency in designing and prototyping with tools like Figma, Protopie, and Principle.
* Include a portfolio or relevant work links in your resume, with viewable access instructions.
Preferred qualifications:
* Deep expertise in GenAI and Machine Learning.
* Hybrid visual and interaction design skills for end-to-end experience design.
* Functional prototyping skills, including coding to test ideas before development.
* Front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/JS) for creating prototypes.

Responsibilities
* Adapt to a flexible product development process, focusing on early-stage concepts, user insights, and iterative design based on feedback and data.
* Conduct lightweight research or usability tests, develop wireframes, create high-fidelity visual designs, and build prototypes in Figma to communicate ideas and interactions.
* Apply user-centered design principles, using UX research insights to guide design and showcase multimodal AI capabilities.
* Clearly articulate user needs and design rationales, advocate for the user, and ensure solutions align with goals, feasibility, and user adoption of Google AI.
