Job Title: Senior Content Executive
Location: Remote First, Dunfermline office once per 2 weeks and ad hoc regular travel to site.
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE

About the Role
We are currently looking for a Senior Content Executive to join their Marketing team. The senior content executive will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content for the pet owner, vet professional and internal audiences at Vets Now. The role will include researching, writing, creating and coordinating content across multiple channels such as web, social and email. Working closely with the social and content manager, you will support social media and content strategies, as well as SEO initiative, video production and design tasks, ensuring all content aligns with the Vets Now brand and strategies.
Role Responsibilities
* Support on content creation by developing and producing engaging content, including written, visual, and multimedia formats, tailored to various audiences.
* Work closely with the social media and content manager, and other teams to ensure content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and strategies.
* Plan, organise, and manage the content calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and content is distributed efficiently.
* Lead on trend research and stay informed about current trends in content marketing, social media, and pet owner engagement to bring fresh, relevant ideas to content development.
* Support on engaging with Vets Now staff to gather insights for Employer Brand case studies and conduct interviews and draft stories highlighting staff experiences and positioning Vets Now as employer of choice.
* Assist with link-building strategies and SEO initiatives.
* Support on video shoots and multi-media content for social media and website.
* Contribution monthly reporting to show the impact of our work on the agreed KPIs.
Required Skills
* Previous experience in a content-focused role, with evidence of campaign success.
* Talent for writing engaging, varied copy.
* Passion for creating content, especially video and writing.
* Proven project management success.
* Analytical mindset for tracking metrics and adjusting campaigns.
* Excellent editing, proofreading, and attention to detail.
* Ability to plan and manage end to end projects.
