Job Description Job Title: window and door order processor Location: Norwich (on-site only, no remote or hybrid options) Salary: £26-28k per annum Hours: • Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 • Friday: 08:30 – 16:00 • 30-minute break About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Administrator/Order Processor to join a growing and financially stable window and door manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a small, experienced team in a business that is undergoing significant growth and investment. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring smooth order processing and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities • Inputting and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. • Communicating with customers via email and phone to address queries and provide updates. • Managing order documentation and ensuring all records are up to date. • Working closely with the production and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. • Writing professional and well-constructed emails. • Maintaining high levels of organisation in a fast-paced environment. Key Skills and Experience • Industry Experience: While experience in the fenestration or manufacturing industry is preferred, it is not essential. We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Software Skills: Familiarity with Evolution/Evonet by Business Micros is ideal, but full training will be provided if required. • Personality Traits: Confident, calm under pressure, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be highly organised and customer-focused.
