Job summary Senior Research Nurse Band 7 12 months Fixed Term Contract or Secondment Royal Free Hospital Full time post 1.0 WTE Anopportunity has arisen for a Senior Research Nurse to support a new infectious disease study, COV-CHIM-02: A SARS-CoV-2 Challenge study in vaccinated healthy volunteers. You will be exposed to working with Covid positive volunteers as part of the study. Experience of working in a clinical research environment with CTIMPs is essential. The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, adaptable and confident, be able to prioritise a combination of diverse demands on your time and be able to work autonomously with a clear expression of interest in the research process. Line management experience is desirable. There will be a requirement to work out of hours including weekends at times. The successful candidate is required to be able demonstrate the Trust values and the responsibilities of the job description and person specification.
