The Q&H Technician supports the Quality Department by conducting internal audits, assisting with third-party audits, and managing compliance. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, locating retained samples, maintaining product safety and quality management systems, and assisting with documentation and stock takes.
Key Tasks:
* Internal auditing of Quality, Health & Safety, and environmental systems
* Participation in 3rd party audits
* Logging and investigating customer complaints, arranging collections as needed
* Handling customer returns in a timely manner to close complaints efficiently and ensure non-conforming products are controlled according to standards
* Responding to customer questionnaires and enquiries
* Collating required paperwork and information to comply with systems
* Assisting with monthly stock takes on the 1st of every month
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* A self-starter, able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Prior experience with ISO9001 and BRCGS Packaging Materials Global Standard is desirable
* Prior experience with internal auditing and HACCP is also desirable
This is a full-time, permanent role with core working hours from Monday to Friday. The position is based on-site at our Elsham location in Brigg, North Lincolnshire. ProAmpac is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
