They acquire existing stock and refurbish them into desirable properties located in some of the country's highest-ranked university cities. They are well financed and have ambitious growth plans and to achieve their goals they are seeking an Investment Associate to support the existing team. Key Responsibilities: Originating/sourcing/underwriting/executing student accommodation (HMO) deals across the UK Support Founders/MDs and build relationships/network with agents and vendors across the UK in key university cities to make them the 1stpoint of contact when a deal comes to market Conduct market research to identify optimal markets for investment and present directly to the Founders/MDs Lead on all aspects of deal execution, including underwriting, financial modelling, and investment memorandum creation Play a key role in due diligence processes and report preparation throughout the deal acquisition process, ensuring well-informed investment decisions The Candidate: Highly motivated, proactive professional with strong analytical skills and acquisitions experience Experience in the Living Space sector, ideally HMO/Co-Living/Student accommodation Excellent communication and organisational skills Attention to detail, having the ability to review complex documents, and interpret the detail to provide senior members of the team with the required advice to make informed decisions Flexible and have a positive, can-do attitude Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment Happy to travel extensively across the UK
