Laleham Gap School is seeking a dedicated individual to join our exceptional teaching staff as a post graduate teaching apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate who has a strong desire to develop their teaching skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
* To work alongside teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of our students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to create and implement effective Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, independence, and a love of learning.
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A degree in Education or a related field.
* Enrolment in a recognised postgraduate teaching apprenticeship course
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for inclusive education.
