PV Account Manager | Hybrid - Gloucestershire | up to £35k + OTE commission c. £15k
About the Company
A rapidly growing company with a strong track record in managing and maintaining rooftop solar PV asset portfolios across the UK is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in their solar PV services.
About the Role
Ideal for a results-oriented sales professional to develop and execute a sales strategy for a preventative maintenance, panel cleaning, and other services for rooftop solar installations.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation, customer targeting, and deal closing.
* Manage and develop a small sales team, ensuring a positive and productive team culture.
* Develop and implement sales strategies, including product and pricing optimization.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
About you
* Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of the solar PV industry is advantageous
