Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Coventry (CV6 5NX)
Rate: £11.56 per hour PAYE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - 8 - 4 Monday - Friday
Contract: 3 months
Position Overview:
You will be part of BOPs Enquiries Team. The BOPS Enquiries Team handles customer correspondence, managing inquiries and accounts. Their responsibilities include processing account amendments as requested by customers while adhering to established business rules and guidelines.
