We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Duties
1. Assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the nursery.
2. Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times and manage ratios.
3. Provide guidance and support to staff in delivering high-quality childcare.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children, parents, and staff.
5. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and any concerns.
6. Implement educational programmes that promote early childhood development.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery environment.
8. Drive initiatives that enhance the overall quality of care provided to children.
Experience
1. Previous experience in early childhood education or childcare is essential.
2. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
3. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
4. Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
5. A passion for fostering children's development through engaging activities and learning experiences.

Pay: £27,040.00-£29,120.00 per year
