Summary: Develop and sustain sales activity in the UK and Ireland, promoting high-performance hydraulic filters and building customer relationships.
Job Description:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will operate independently throughout the UK and Ireland, with a back office in the UK and permanent technical support from the Group's headquarters in Italy.
* Develop the customer portfolio in various sectors, including specialized hydraulic distributors, original equipment manufacturers, and end users.
* Carry out prospecting actions to develop and sustain sales activity.
* Present the range of products and their quality to potential customers.
* Visit potential customers, identify their needs, and develop customer relationships.
* Negotiate prices while respecting profitability levels.
* Participate in trade fairs to promote products and the company image.
* Record and report on progress and visits.
Your Profile:
* Higher technical or commercial education.
* Initial successful experience in the field of filtration, ideally with a hydraulic filter manufacturer.
* Excellent technical skills and a good understanding of the UK and Ireland markets.
* Seasoned salesperson with excellent listening and customer relations skills.
* Autonomous, organized, skilled with new technologies, and able to achieve objectives.
* Willing to travel frequently throughout the UK and Ireland and hold a valid UK driving license.
