This is a fixed term post until 31st March 26. Stoke on Trent City Council Commissioning team are looking for a Contract Officer to join their ambitious children’s Commission team. To support the management of commissioning contracts standards and frameworks, inform systems and contribute to an up-to-date contract register for children, and public health services. Key duties will include taking responsibility for all aspects of contract management and quality improvement of specific low risk/ value contracts including the mobilisation of new contracts, attend and leading contract management and monitoring meetings and visits with providers in order to gather data and feedback about current service delivery and gathering frequent analysis as stipulated in the contract. Producing monitoring data to understand the quality of the services provided and their financial viability. Market mapping Support the production of contract management and quality improvement procedures and guidance information for internal and external use, whilst developing relationships with providers across children’s and public health services.
