Overview of the role We are looking for a talented and creative in-house Photographer & Editor to join our dynamic Design team. This exciting role blends photography, editing and graphic design, giving you the opportunity to produce high-quality visual content that elevates our beauty brands across a variety of B2B marketing platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating standout product imagery that excites and inspires our B2B customers, contributing to lookbooks, social media, websites, tradeshows, and more. As part of a fast-growing, fast-paced environment, you’ll report directly to the Head of Design & Marketing and collaborate closely with the wider design and marketing teams. If you have a passion for both photography and design, a sharp eye for detail, and a flair for creativity, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Product Photography: Conceptualise mood boards and creative concepts for product photo and video shoots. Photograph both creative product shots and simple pack and component shots, ensuring they are captured in the best light, highlighting the product’s USPs, while maintaining brand consistency. Product styling, setting scenes, and capturing both simple pack shots and more creative visuals. When required film short-form videos for B2B marketing content, including product demos and texture and lifestyle shots. Post-Production & Editing: Edit and retouch photos, ensuring high-quality, polished final images that align with brand guidelines. Utilise AI tools to create and enhance lifestyle images, helping to craft compelling visual narratives that align with the brand’s story and target audience. Edit video footage for use across social media, websites, and promotional material (basic video editing skills are a plus). Optimise all content for web use, ensuring fast loading times without compromising image or video quality. Creative Direction & Asset Creation: Collaborate with the design and marketing team to develop creative concepts for photoshoots that align with our brand identity. Maintain and develop our visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all assets and platforms. Adapt creative assets for various formats (lookbooks, social media, websites, tradeshows, etc.). Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are balanced. Plan, schedule, and execute photo and video shoots, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery of assets that align with the marketing calendar. Ensure our customer digital portal is updated with new content before product launches. Stay up-to-date on trends in photography, design, and the beauty industry to keep content fresh and innovative. Desirable Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with video editing software (such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut) is a plus. Knowledge of photography equipment (DSLRs, studio lighting, etc.) and lighting techniques to create high-quality product and creative shots. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once. A keen understanding of visual storytelling and how imagery can drive engagement and sales in the B2B market. Excellent attention to detail with an ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
